We encourage our customers to contact us so that we are sure we know exactly what they are looking for and what they expect. This also gives us the opportunity to explain our products and services, offer options, and give advice.

Our customers should keep in mind that the pieces shown on these pages are for order or can be used as starting points to design custom work. Just ask us. We'll help you decide and plan.

To order, you will need to identify the piece you want, the size and any other optional features.

Delivery times vary but normally are met within 6-8 weeks of the order date, unless otherwise advised. Carma Steel can arrange courier delivery on the customer's behalf, such delivery charges are for the customer's account.

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer; Bank Deposit (proof of payment to be faxed to Carma Steel); Cash or Bank Guaranteed Cheques. Payments are to be made in full prior to delivery.

Custom Design orders once quoted and such quotation is accepted, a 50% deposit is requested up front prior to work commencing.

Hiring of items for a function: A deposit is charged once the goods have been collected/delivered. The deposit is refunded provided that the goods are returned in the same condition that they were when collected/delivered.
